Reflexology is a science
(truth) which deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet,
corresponding to all the glands, organs and all other parts of the body. It is a unique
method of using the tips of thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas to: relieve stress
and tension, improve circulation, unblock nerve impulses and assists the body to attain a
state of homeostasis - normal body function.
IS REFLEXOLOGY NEW?
Some forn of reflexology was practiced by the Egyptians as early as 2330 BC.
Reflexology, as we know it, was first researched and developed during the 1930's-1940's in
America. Today there are thousands of
reflexologists practicing all over the world.
CAN REFLEXOLOGY MAKE A
CONDITION WORSE?

One may experience some
discomfort in areas of the hands or feet, but only if the associated part of the body is
