Does your bladder have you up and running??

Want to end those night-time trips to the bathroom - sometimes as many as 4 to 5 awakenings - the ones many thought were common? You might want to try this self help or complimentary treatment.

The bladder reflex is in the arched instep of both feet and the palm-side, center base of both hands where all the lines converge and about an inch from the wrist. This area will be abnormally sensitive - the feet more than the hands. One may locate the foot reflex with the tip of one of the thumbs and on the hand with an extended knuckle of the index finger of the other hand.

Rotate or twist the extended knuckle at the base of the other hand for 10-20 seconds, with as much pressure as you can tolerate without being too forceful. Then work the other hand in the same manner. One may switch back and forth several times per hour as time permits. Be faithful with your effort, as often as you are able. And with this type of dedication, expect a partial to complete recovery in two to three weeks. When these bladder reflexes, in the hands, no longer have discomfort, guess what?? That's right! You'll be sleeping all night without all those nagging, getting-up exercises.

Then you'll be able to say, "Praise the Lord! What a blessing!" Occasionally, thereafter, check these bladder reflex sites to determine if additional self-help is required.

When you come for treatments, you'll be one step ahead of me. I won't have to give you this homework assignment and your session will be much more relaxing.

Come, join my 'cloud-walking, more-room-in-the-shoes club'. And remember, the third treatment in any seven day period is free. I also require the first treatment to be 90 minutes as additional effort may be required to eliminate aches and pains in your body, using neuro-muscular therapy along with reflexology.

Here's looking to those long, peaceful nights of sleep.
